The Role:
Knight Frank Cape Town which is a global company is looking to recruit sales estate agents in our residential sales division. The position requires an ambitious person, seeking a long term career in the property industry, to become part of our global team. You will be required to generate new sales opportunities via connections and canvassing. The benefit of a huge data base to work from. You will also be required to promote Knight Frank and network with industry professionals.
Qualifications and Experience:
The candidate will be required to be registered with the Estate Agency Affairs Board. Have a South African Citizenship or a valid Work Permit for South Africa. Fully qualified candidates must be in possession of a current Fidelity Fund Certificate, NQF 4 or 5 certificate and PDE certificate, or be in the process of obtaining these. Intern candidates need to be committed to obtaining a full qualification within 18 months.
You must be able to build strong working relationships with new and existing clients, with the ability to generate new business opportunities. You will therefore require excellent communication skills, along with a professional and friendly approach. Self-motivation and the ability to stay focussed and driven by success is necessary.
