This property will fully immerse you in the sounds of nature, with the call of the fish eagle and the trumpeting of elephants echoing through the African bush as you relax on the poolside deck, or enjoy a night under the starts around the fire in the boma. An Africa sun worshipping rooftop deck, as well as a game viewing deck, complete with bar and lounge offer uninterrupted views of an expansive riverfront where the hippos come to play.
Accommodation comprises river-front suite, each with a spacious en-suite bathroom and added outside shower or bath, air-conditioner and fan. A large study/movie room provides the option of the fifth bedroom along with its own private bathroom.
The Lodge is situated on the banks of the Sabie River overlooking, and included in the Kruger National Park. With access via the Paul Kruger Gate which is only 5 minutes' drive from our gate, you are in the popular Skukuza area with prolific game. There are 46 river front sites between the two phases, of which there are only 3 left for sale. Investors include Kevin Peterson (Cricketer) an American Philanthropist who has bought 7 plots and many other international and local folk.

Furnished in a Moroccan style whilst still feeling African, the interior design has been featured in many magazines and has enjoyed wonderful reviews by all that have stayed.
Fully equipped to run as a 5-star luxury self-catering safari lodge, it has access to game drives and any other facilities as required. The Lodge forms part of an established brand with its own website and enjoys a 98% ranking on Booking. Com - i.e. all the work is done, it just needs to be backed by marketing reminders.
The Lodge enjoys good growth in occupancy every year and last year grossed R1,7 million income. It is part of a rental pool on site - no effort is required in order to keep the bookings going. For periods the owners are not using the lodge, it gets let to generate income.
The Lodge is located in the most gorgeous spot; not only from which to view game but also just to relax and to be in a beautiful surrounding.
The outdoor deck area measures 365 sqm, the boma area 30 sqm and the shaded carport area 36 sqm.
