This sunny north-facing 1-bedroom semi-furnished cottage with a separate study is located behind the main house in Jeffcoat Way. The flatlet has its own private entrance and exclusive use of the swimming pool and surrounding patio.
As there is an elderly lady and her carer living in the main house, we’ll be looking at letting the flatlet to a quiet single person or couple (but no children or pets).
The main bedroom comes with a double bed and 2 bedside tables and the Tenant will be required to provide their own linen and towels; the study has a large desk, a cupboard, filing cabinet and shelving.
The shower bathroom has a handbasin and loo.
The kitchen is provided with a fridge, electric stove, toaster, kettle and a limited range of pots and pans, some crockery, cutlery and glasses. It leads to the sunny north-facing lounge/dining area with sliding doors opening out to the large pool and patio area, ideal for summertime entertaining.
Inside the lounge there are 2 leather couches and a single chair, plus a small round table with 2 chairs to eat at, a drinks cupboard and a TV.
The Tenant could have the use of the owner’s washing machine in the laundry and there’s a separate washing-line around the corner from the pool for the Tenant’s use.
Water & refuse included in the rent.
Electricity shared with the main house @ R1,200pm each
There’s no Fibre connection so you’d need to bring your own 5G modem i.e. Rain or similar.
A double deposit is payable on signing the lease, subject to an approved application with excellent references and credit record.
